Welcome to My Website!

If you're looking for a professional massage therapist, you've come to the right place.

There are 3 kinds of stress; Chemical, emotional, and physical. If you are in pain, all three kinds of stress are likely to occur in your body. From taking some form of pain med (chemical), to making you upset and grumpy (emotional), and pain in general from injury or stress (physical). Let's face it, pain is down right debilitating and exhausting.

You've heard the old saying,...... "If Momma ain't happy, ain't nobody happy!" My goal is to either reduce or to eliminate your pain, so you can get back on your feet, BE HAPPY, and enjoy life again.

Also, if you'd like to set up an appointment with me, click on "Appointments" and fill out the form. I will call you back to confirm the details of your appointment and answer any questions you might have.

Thanks for visiting, and have a great day.

The Myokinesthetic System

The Myokinesthetic System (Myo = muscle Kinesthetic = movement) is a very effective approach to pain relief.

It has been shown to help a wide variety of health issues such as neck pain, back pain, limited range of motion due to surgery or injury, shoulder problems such as post surgery, stiff shoulders, bursitis, rotator cuff, impingment syndrome, etc.

It can also help with neuropathy/numbness, carpal tunnel symptoms, tendinitis, joint problems, altered tone due to CVA/Stroke pain, and many other issues.

Some of the pain you experience everyday can be attributed to your nervous system being out of balance. Using the Myokinesthetic System, I can tell where your nervous system is out of balance by simply observing your posture.

"By balancing the posture, we balance the nervous system. When the nervous system is balanced, the body begins to work the way it's suppose to work with range of motion increasing and pain decreasing." - Michael Uriarte D.C.
